This is some great stuff sent to me from Don. Steve and Don know what they're doing.
My M3 halftrack has been moved into Steve A's shop. We are starting to shorten the frame. Here is a link to a video of us moving it into the shop as well as some shots of phase one, removing the out frame rails. I'm using an airarc, removes metal cleanly and doesn't put a lot of heat into the frame.
Phase 2 will be to cut the 4' extension out of the frame. Then phase three weld it back together, simple right?
